The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy for all associated businesses in the markets the role covers. The scope of marketing initiatives will range from brand building, product marketing, to client communications and engagement through in-person events, and across offline and digital channels. Besides strong marketing and implementation skills, the role will also ensure compliance of all activities with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

This position will require strong fund industry and marketing knowledge and experience, strategic thinking, and solid implementation skills. With the evolving technology trend and customer needs, the candidate shall have digital knowledge and experience and contribute significantly to the digital strategy and related initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing marketing plan in consideration of market landscape, challenges and opportunities, business and marketing objectives
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives across in-person, offline and online channels that contribute to marketing objectives
  • Promote our intellectual capitals including our thought leadership, investment capabilities and product solutions
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify actionable client insights to improve client experience and loyalty
  • Adopt data-driven marketing approach and optimize digital and social channels to achieve business and marketing objectives
