This is no normal Client Services role; you will be working closely with the MD, Matchmakers and Services team, where you will play a central role in delighting our Clients at a time of rapid expansion.  

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage Client accounts to provide best-in-class Client service 
  • Assisting the Matchmaker to identify potential matches for Clients based on understanding each Client's needs
  • Arranging and setting up dates for Clients, receiving and acting on post-date feedback
  • Listen to our Clients – what do they love and what do they find frustrating about our service – feeding their positives/negatives into our team for continual improvement and customer delight
  • General office administration, including reception duties
