1. To provide administrative support in travel plans arrangement.

2. Provide administrative support for company general email inbox and forward to the relevant person in the company.

3. Assisting the editorial team in:

a. Trip planning and management

b. Regular data entry on TripCanvas website (eg. updating information)

c. Administrative tasks on social media platform, i.e. publishing (write-up and pictures will be given), monitoring and replying Facebook/Instagram comments

4. Assisting the business team:

a. Managing and executing campaigns for important clients and brands

b. Providing regular analytical report updates

c. Finance account management for our clients

5. Monthly payment for internal staff and freelancers.
