Job detail ・Support Japanese patients (Japanese expats and their families) when they are sick by phone and e-mail. Must be standby 24 hours (except when you take leave). ・Coordinate and reserve hospital and doctor meeting for Japanese patients. ・Make the documents to submit to hospital or insurance company. ・Other related support tasks. ・Go to hospital with patients and interpret between Japanese patients and Thai doctors. *Attendance on Saturday or Sunday: 3~4 times/month. *Attendance on late time (after working hour): 1~2 times/month.

Required work experience ・Age up to 25 years old. New graduate can apply. ・Japanese N2 up. ・Able to work 24hrs 365 days in emergency case if there is emergency call from patient. *Basic working hour is 9:00-18:00 Monday-Friday. *Mainly answering phone call from Japanese patient. But sometimes need to go to hospital to support patient by interpretation or communication support between patient and doctor. ・Personality : Positive, friendly, hospitality mind, responsible. [Prefer] ・Experience of working in hospital.
