The company was founded in 2010 by ex-NBA player Ike Nwankwo (President & CEO). Top Flight currently works in over 10 international schools in Thailand, and we conduct camps and clinics in schools all over the world. We offer after-school, weekend, and holiday programs. We also organize leagues, tournaments, and special events throughout the year.

Our company is based in Bangkok. Our offices are located at The Trendy Building (21st floor), Sukhumvit Soi 13. We are searching for an administrative assistant/ personal assistant to the CEO of the company. Your job will be  to oversee the daily administrative duties of the company, in addition to customer relations. This job will require prospective employees to work with parents, school administrators, outside vendors, and sponsors. We are looking for someone who is very, responsible, punctual, has a friendly personality, and is good at customer relations.

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

– Female with Thai Nationality

– Age between 20-35 years old

– Preferably Bachelor’s Degree

– 1-2 years of experience in related field

– Fresh graduate is welcomed;

– Must be Fluent in English;

– Have a knowledge in accounting & Computer Literacy;

– Organization Structure and Culture Knowledge;

– Good writing and verbal communication skills;

– Good organizational, prioritization, planning and time management skills;

– Able to handle confidentiality;

– Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

– Excellent Service Mind;

– Experiences in retail and services business will be an advantage.
