Job Description

I have a part-time position for someone to act as my assistant to handle client appointments while I am not in Bangkok. I require a fluent Thai/English speaker. Due to sensitive nature of the role I require a female aged 25-40. Men cannot attend pregnancy scans.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, friendly nature and be able to meet with client who arrive in Bangkok to seek infertility and surrogacy treatment with a medical clinic in Lumpini

Client care skills
Meet with clients and welcome them to Bangkok
Attend client medical appointments
Act as interpreter for English speaking clients
Meet with surrogate mothers at the clinic and in their home during pregnancy
Attend medical appointments with surrogate mothers at the clinic
Assist with organising skype sessions with surrogate mothers and clients and act as interpreter
Be on call via phone to assist surrogate mothers from time to time when needed
Take clients to embassy and Thai passport office after birth of their baby

Technical ability
You must be able to use gmail, operate a video camera, upload video to DropBox, have your own mobile phone and your own laptop/ipad. Video camera will be supplied.
Attend pregnancy scans and take videos of the scan, then upload them to your computer and send them to me.
