Customer Service Representative – Bangkok tour operator

We are looking for a new member for our team. We are a Bangkok based tour operator and we need help in customer service. The job will entail answering emails, chat with potential clients, answering the phone and handling ground operations.

If you have experience in the travel industry in Thailand or have related education that is advantageous but it is not a must. The most important things are that you are a team player, can work independently and that you take pride in your work, in addition to the required qualifications listed below.

Required qualifications:
– Thai national
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Have your own computer and a good and steady Internet connection

Desired (but not required) qualifications:
– Travel industry experience or education
– Good knowledge of Bangkok and surrounding area
– Internet savvy
