We are looking for a Educational Sales Manager to join EF’s fast growing Thailand team.

The sales manager is the leader of the sales team, responsible for reaching sales targets and in charge of managing, coaching and training the team.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Drive sales of our education programs through telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers (your #1 priority)
Participate in offsite sales events and presentations
Develop and execute marketing campaigns
Provide pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students.
Sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow up, support for closing sales
Recruitment, training, sales coaching, performance management, sales processes
Weekend shifts are occasionally required
At least 4 years of related work experience
Native Thai and fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, energetic and flexible personality
An ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
Overseas studying / working experience ideally / or at least a significant exposure to an international environment / company
Experience of managing a team while being hands-on
