As a Liva Operations Manager, you are primarily responsible for customer service operations and the company’s internal technology infrastructure that supports it. With regard to customer care, your role is to optimise the customer service strategy through systems, processes, and training toward best practice standards. In terms of technical infrastructure, the requirement is to optimise systems for the purpose of internal operation efficiency. The ultimate goal of these two primary job functions is end customer delight. This will involve the planning, organizing, leading, and optimising of new and existing operational processes (SOPs, workflows, tools).
- Participate in the company’s internal operations & CRM strategy development
- Create detailed objectives, action plans & SOPs for new operational processes
- Analyse/optimise external & internal service performance based on KPIs
- Create & implement quality procedures, standards & service SOPs
- Participate in the research, integration & implementation of systems & tools
- Manage all internal operational systems & tools, training & troubleshooting
- Develop customer service operational capabilities & global reach
- Optimise customer communication systems, channels, scripts & methods
- Build best practice customer service & problem resolution mechanisms
- Plan, organise, lead & optimise the quality of the operations teams
- Promote a continuous improvement culture in all operational activities
- Degree and/or Masters in operations management / travel operations preferred
- 3-5 years supervisor/manager in technical or customer service operations
- Demonstrated management abilities; planning, organising & leading skills
- Technical knowledge & abilities in operational methods, systems & tools
- Ability to translate intelligence into new processes, SOPs, & guidelines
- Good English speaking, writing, & presentation skills
