Applicant tracking solution TalentNest recently released a report evaluating the top 15 sources for job hires in Canada. Indeed was repeatedly named as a clear frontrunner, with leading measurements for both the quantity and quality of candidates provided. Leading the pack
The TalentNest study didn’t just name Indeed as a leader for a single measurement, but instead found that the company outperformed other sites on several fronts.
To start, TalentNest found that Indeed was the top source of applications in Canada in the period under study. And while it would be impressive enough to deliver such a large numbers of applicants, Indeed also led the way in delivering candidates that were ultimately hired.
In fact, according to TalentNest, Indeed is the #1 external source of hires in Canada, delivering three times as many hires than all other job sites combined.
The professionals provided by Indeed also fared well when employers rated their applicants. A higher percentage of Indeed’s candidates passed prescreening questions when compared to applicants from other sources; in fact Indeed provides three times more top-rated candidates than all other job sites combined.
