I have six months of experience as an IT warehouse technician at Intelio and two years as a Junior Admin for Downey Federal Credit Union. I have experience with help desk, installation, Active Directory, customer care, database, and hardware/software maintenance for business infrastructures. While with Downey, I was responsible for database management, filing system, user permissions, creating tickets, banking reports, help desk, technical support, and many other responsibilities. I have currently been employed for nine months with a BPO call center in the Philippines learning management, network infrastructure and product for a travel agency known as Travelliance.
In 2013 I graduated from Stanbridge College with an Associates of Science in Information Technology degree. As an IT professional, I am a dedicated, loyal, caring, skilled, hard working, energetic and self-motivated. I have also earned MCITP and CCNA certifications to further my skills.
