Service Desk Team Lead (INT5992) – Oxfam Great Britain

The Role

 

Oxfam Great Britain in Thailand is looking for Service Desk Team Lead who will focus on delivering excellent customer services to end users who are based
in different countries/regions by managing a team of highly skilled service desk analysts across various systems and applications. With strong technical, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills you will be able to respond to customer issues, concerns,
process improvement and technology deployment.

 

What we are looking for

 

Our next Service Desk Team Lead will require a range of skills and experience.

 

Essentials

 

  • Manage a successful IT service desk; leading, developing and training a team, managing a virtual team
  • Relevant experience in infrastructure support, desktop management environment, security software, data security management
  • Proven success at management to motivate, develop and support others and/or at technical problem solving.
  • Working in an SLA driven environment

 

Desirable

  • Certification of ITIL, SDI (Service Desk Institute)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good service mind and coordination with customer focused attitude
  • Manage a technical team
  • Experience in international environment is preferable
