About the Role:
As Account Executive, you will be responsible to attract the most exciting companies to GetLinks. You will curate the quality of companies, generating new business opportunities by presenting the value of Getlinks and support their hiring needs closely to ensure a pleasant hiring experience throughout. You will also work closely with the team of Talent Coaches to understand the candidates on our platform to optimize search for new businesses. Lastly, you will develop meaningful relationships with key accounts and form strategic partnerships with partners that may benefit from our vision and end goal.
- More than 2 years Recruitment Consultant experiences and/ Account or B2B sales experience, preferbly in the software space.
- Good knowledge of startup ecosystem in Asia
- proven track records and KPI driven and good sales record
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Analytical with good experience in spreadsheets
- Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mind-set
- Familiar with the various types of programming languages
- Good knowledge of using CMS, spreadsheets, and excel
- Experience in technical recruitment
