Job Role Summary

1. SAP Purchase to Pay
3+ years experiences in SAP – Purchase to pay
Experienced in FI-AP with ABAP experience
Understand the payables processes
 

2. FI Process Analyst – Intercompany
3-4 years working experience in the SAP environment
Knowledge in SAP FI/CO module (must), ABAP debugging (must), Sales & Distribution (Prefer), Account Payable (Prefer), Account Receivable (Prefer)
Experience a few SAP implementation project
 

3. SAP FI Tax Application Analyst
3+ years experiences in SAP FI Tax module
SAP ABAP Programming
Experience a few SAP implementation project
Good English communication
 

4. SAP Integration Analyst
3+ years experience in SAP system architecture e.g. SAP Basis, Infrastructure
Good understanding in business process e.g. Supply and Distribution or Order to Cash or Purchase to Pay
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skill
 

5. Application Support Analyst
Strong computer technical background e.g. web, server (Wintel/ UNIX), database (SQL server/ Oracle), programming language (JAVA/C#/ VB/ .NET/ABAP), Applications Support (SAP)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide various application support and development opportunities depending on system
  • Monitor queue on problem management tracking system and provide user problem resolution in a global environment
  • Identify/propose fixes and recovery steps
  • Participate in developing/updating functional specifications for programming changes e.g. application changes, reports, interfaces, etc.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop solutions or complete the changes/fixes
  • Test the changes (unit testing, integration testing and/or regression testing)
  • Develop/update documentation (system document and user document)
  • Provide pro-active communication regarding system outages or issues and work around
  • Ensure security and controls standard are being met and followed
  • Assist with Application Risk Assessment as needed
  • Attend team meetings during off hours as needed
  • Be able to provide on-call support, if required

 

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Strong computer technical background e.g. web, server (Wintel/ UNIX), database (SQL server/ Oracle), programming language (JAVA/ VB/ .NET/ABAP), Applications Support (SAP)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
