The Role

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a talented candidate to drive and implement the digital channel strategy and experience for our Investment Management business. A key focus for the successful candidate will be to deliver the digital channel strategy for the region, with a focus to establish MarTech capabilities, digital tools and solutions.

This role will collaborate closely with technology and business partners and overall Marketing/Digital team within the region to enable a robust digital platform that leverages our content and delivers compelling and personalized digital experiences, which highlight our intellectual capital and introduce the benefits of our investment solutions to drive business growth.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the digital platform transformation strategy for the region.
  • Be responsible for JPM AM digital experience such as website management, digital tools and capabilities.
  • Help build digital expertise and lead the digital channel transformation of the organization through the delivery of digital initiatives on our platforms.
  • Identify areas of improvement through automation and implement new process to drive efficiencies and allow the team to add more value & digital expertise across the business.
  • Initiate and implement digital marketing program to drive brand and sales effectiveness.
