  • Lead, design, align and improve E2E business processes that enable LOB achieving their business goals and come up with corporate goal
  • Develop principals and descriptions of high level future states and guidelines for creating business processes
  • Build a business case for process orientation and continuous process improvement
  • Assess key business processes after deployment for a period of time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, study and analyze gaps for improvement


  • Age not over 35 years old
  • 5-8 years in business process design, lead project that related BPM
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting, business strategic, business process management tool
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA, MIS, IE, Computer Science, Apply Statistic, Business Management (IT + Management)
  • Training experience in BPM / BPR / eTOM / Telco Business, Best Practice / Project Management / Quality Assurance / Risk Management / CSA

    Advanced Info Services Plc. (AIS) is the leading mobile operator in Thailand.
