The role is responsible for managing & executing the CRM activities of Minor Hotels as well as related marketing activities of the Marketing Communications team. The CRM Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers.
Within this role, the incumbent will support the CRM team as well as related marketing needs of the corporate MH team by managing the CRM brand campaigns and assist in driving awareness and promotion of Minor Hotels, its brands and properties, assisting to deliver group business results and support brand campaigns and selected key focus areas of high corporate priority, while ensuring all CRM activities are in line with the relevant brand standards of each brand. In addition, the role is responsible to help achieve the brand and hotel positioning objectives for MH brands locally and internationally. This includes assisting in the development of CRM plans, campaign and promotional plans; the production of CRM and Digital Marketing / online promotional materials; photography; as well as website and CRM content.
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, marketing communication or any related field
• At least 5 years experience in CRM
• Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry (hospitality, finance, automotive etc).
• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
