·         Responding to customers’ inquiries, complains and follow-ups promptly and on a timely basis.

·         Identify, assess and manage customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills (Eng & BM).

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel

·         Some fulfillment, logistic or e-commerce knowledge would be an added advantage
