You will play the digital marketing role for the leading parenting platform in South East Asia. You will be managing the digital direction and digital marketing strategy to scale our businesses in media advertising and e-commerce for Motherhood, Kelabmama & Ibuencer.
- Manage wide range of digital marketing disciplines on performance marketing, affiliate & referral, content marketing, social media, analytics & more.
- Define key digital metrics and performance report that aligns to continuous growth in transaction sales and media sales across the region.
- Work closely with e-commerce team, media team and event team to propose digital plan and execute growth initiatives.
- Measure, monitor & optimize – ensure digital team is always hitting key metrics and giving maximum ROAS.
- You will be part of a regional team working closely with colleagues from various departments.
- Preferably graduates from digital, analytics, marketing, technology or related background.
- Minimum 3 years experience and demonstrated growth success using digital.
- Must love to work in a high growth technology scale-up environment.
- Positive attitude with good business sense and communication skills.
- Passionate about growth, KPI-driven and able to manage team.
