The Role Responsibilities
Work closely with business heads to understand their business priorities and translate these into executable go-to-market strategies to drive client impact and business outcomes

  • Develop transformational marketing strategies that puts client data, analytics and insights at the centre, with clear articulation of how marketing is supporting specific business aspirations.
  • Lead the implementation of plans with clearly defined outcomes and metrics that support these strategies, with periodic reviews and updates with senior business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Business, Product, Portfolio, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Legal stakeholders to plan and design effective workflow in the implementation of marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, lead generation and utilisation.
  • Drive impactful engagement between Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing central teams and regional teams, providing guidance on localisation of global strategies and programs and implementation of these within regions.
  • Ensure regional plans roll up to support the overall global business goals and marketing programs for the Private Bank.
  • Provide direction and guidance to creative agencies to develop and articulate CVPs that translate into effective communication, translated into a strong communication strategy for all customer touchpoints
  • Lead the development of media buying strategies for key strategic initiatives and work closely with media agencies to ensure optimal media placement and reach
  • Develop measurement frameworks, metrics and KPIs that ensure marketing strategies are effective and impactful and that we’re garnering increased insight around the ways that clients interact with us, and use our services.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance and results; use these learnings for future campaigns and share best practices.
