– Lead team to support group companies for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the SAP HCM, ESS/MSS to meet the business
– Working closely with our customers to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP HCM, ESS/MSS functionality and knowledge
of integration with other systems
– Ensuring Service Operations, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, Service Level & Availability Management are operationalized
across the team.
– Lead all aspects of insuring the team deliverables are met, taking into account IT resource prioritization, cross functional impacts,
business user needs, associated technology risks and other key factors
– Male or Female, age not over 45 years old
– Bachelor’s or Mater’s degree in the field of Computer Science or any IT related field
– 8 years’ experience in SAP HCM
– Conceptual knowledge in modules such as OM, PA, TM, PY, TE, ESS and MSS
