Last December we wrote about an upcoming change to how Indeed Resume will work for employers, moving from a pay-per-contact basis to a subscription basis.
We believe this will be more effective for both employers and job seekers: The change will make it much easier to predict and set recruiting costs while rewarding recruiters with tangible benefits.
Today, we are pleased to announce that Indeed Resume Subscriptions are now available to our customers. Featured Employers will continue to enjoy unlimited contacts* through the first quarter of 2018, after which point they will need a subscription to contact candidates.
Benefits of resume subscriptions
In this new Subscription model, searching the database will remain free, but in order to see candidate names and contact candidates employers will need an active subscription.
Our new subscription packages make sourcing costs more predictable and reward recruiters who reach out to relevant candidates with great messages.
Recruiters will get two contact credits when a job seeker is interested in learning more about your role and one contact credit for any other response.* We’ve designed this system for high job seeker engagement, cost effective sourcing and a great experience for both candidates and recruiters.
Our subscription packages
Account administrators can purchase subscriptions on Indeed Resume today and choose from the following subscription options: the “Standard” subscription that costs $100 per month and grants you 30 new contacts a month, or the “Professional” subscription that costs $250 per month and grants you 100 new contacts a month.
Unused contacts will be valid for use six months after they have been granted and you’ll receive credits for candidate responses. Pricing and additional information can be found on our Resume Subscription FAQs. If you are not an account administrator and have a linked account, please reach out to your account administrator to get a subscription assigned to you.
This is the start of many improvements we are building to make Indeed Resume the best place to find and engage with great talent.
And be sure to check out our updated “How to find top talent using Indeed Resume” course on Indeed Academy, our free educational program, to get the most out of your subscriptions.
