Description (Activities)
Break/fix support
This service element primarily includes activities pertaining to providing on-site technical assistance or troubleshooting of operating system, end-user applications software issues, technical diagnosis and repair of defective desktop/laptop systems and hardware that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk remotely.
These activities are specifically focused on providing support in case there is a hardware or software failure which requires troubleshooting, repair or replacement.
