1.Application Support on issue determination,root cause analysis,major incident management and escalate or dispatcher.
2.Managing cares,request and enhancement Using issue tracking.
3.Perform Problem solving and maintenance Support to end Users.
4.Validate and Verify Deployment application fixes.
5.On-Call Standby Support.
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology,Computer Science or related field required.
- Experience in application support role.
- Good in communication,negotiation skill and service mind.
- Can work on shift,weekend work is required.
