IT Support Coordinator

Pronto is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join our growing company.

 

The position balances clever troubleshooting with logistical planning skills, enabling the Pronto team to stay productive and happy.

 

This position reports to our Director of Finance and HR and may advise on the work of other Pronto R&D projects.

Job Description

Obtain workstation, laptop and IT hardware quotations from hardware vendors

  • Install, configure, maintain, image, and deploy workstations and laptops (Windows, Mac OS, Ubuntu)

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems through vendor management

  • Troubleshoot PC and Mac workstations (around 100 computers and growing)

  • Provide end user support for day to day IT related activities

  • Perform other IT support related tasks as assigned

  • Organize all IT asserts in the office

  • Be able to come to work at 7 am. (we need support in the morning)

  • Might need to work/standby on the weekend/vacation (but we will count it as Flex-day off)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.

  • Has basic knowledge with LAN / WAN / security appliances to manage networking vendors.

  • Has basic knowledge with LAN cabling

  • Reliable and good service mindset

  • Enjoy providing a high level of customer service and support

  • Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good spoken and written English and Thai

  • This is an entry level position, fresh graduates prefered

  • BONUS: Experience using spiceworks or other IT management software
