- Ethernet, cabling, routing, switches, protocol analysis
- Wireless Networking
- Desktop Imaging
- Cell Phone email configuration on Iphone, Androids, etc.
- Break/Fix for laptops
- Mac experience
- Cisco VPN
- Wireless experience
- Remote user support
- LAN/WAN Support
- VOIP
