We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join a large investment company in London on a 6 months rolling contract!
A hands-on, go-anywhere marketing role within the EMEA marketing team to assist across a range of marketing activities. The role, primarily focused (but not limited to) intermediary audiences, will help develop marketing activities in conjunction with the channel and country head whilst drawing on the wider resources and disciplines of the global marketing team.
Working closely with the client coverage team and other key marketing stakeholders to further develop and enhance the client’s presence and products within the intermediary market
Drive brand awareness
Develop a sound knowledge of client’s investment and fund strategies and craft localised messaging to position strategies in the local markets and relative to competitors including a focus on key marketing collateral (pitchbooks, brochures, sales ideas, etc) as well as other mediums such as (events, video, digital, print, PR, newsletter, etc)
Website – help maintain and further enhance website and drive content updates
Identify target audiences/ segments and generate tailored messaging and lead value added activities.
Work in strategic alignment with respective peers in EMEA, US, APAC and East Asia and help coordinate global campaigns
Minimum of 7-10 years of intermediary investment management marketing experience, with a solid understanding of the investment management industry and the intermediary channels – promotori, local distribution partners, fund selectors, as well as the institutional channels
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Outstanding project management, time management
Analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting numbers and data
Professional, articulate, and creative with a positive attitude
