Key Responsibilities

To build awareness for the ‘new’ brand, with a 3 year business goal of being recognised as one of the most credible and respected organisations in the private credit space globally. You will be part of a team to launch a refreshed brand to market, and be in a position to help bring the brand to life to our target audience globally, with a primary focus here in Asia.

Your key responsibility is to work closely with the Head of Marketing, and to partner with and
manage agency to deliver a 3-year marketing plan – to deliver key brand building projects and campaigns, within agreed specific time frames and budget. To add value to the business
development teams while supporting the Chairman’s vision for the brand.

  •  You will be responsible to be the brand-police both internally and externally by keeping a close watch on all materials produced and distributed publicly, and doing whatever necessary to ensure the brand is always presented in best light and its integrity maintained remaining in-line with the brand book.

  • Assist Marketing Head in project management and global roll out of new brand and new
    brand strategy for the organisation in multiple phases over an initial 3-year period.

  • Key areas of effort will concentrate on brand building through an appropriate mix of
    thought leadership / content creation and delivered via PR, social media, company
    website, email, web presence, product and company collateral and events where
    appropriate.

  • Develop project briefs where necessary and manage, guide and work closely with
    appointed agency(s) to roll out new brand based on a 3-year marketing communications
    plan.

  • Manage marketing plans execution to a timely manner, and with close watch on budget
    and ensuring necessary benchmarking and due diligence is done to ensure budget is best
    spent with the recommendations that agency put forth to the firm.

  • Maintain and update marketing and activities calendar.

  • Working closely with key individuals across the group and wider organisation to ensure
    different needs are captured and understood, and best in class yet practical marketing
    solutions are delivered.

  •  Best in class vendor selection, cost negotiation, budgeting control and time management
    of all marketing execution.
  • Day-to-day support in operational and administrative tasks:
  • Budget and invoice management and tracking
  • Understands and able to manage company’s web CMS for emergencies
  • Responsible for development and regular and accurate update of key marketing
    collaterals
  • Activity evaluation, measurement and learnings to help inform future work.
