ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the CEO to transition marketing and sales responsibility to your leadership.

Specific role responsibilities include:

  • Leading our marketing and sales team to execute our lead gen. and sales strategy to achieve new subscription revenue targets.
  • Managing our Perfect Patients and Smile Marketing brands to strengthen their positioning as premium providers in target markets.
  • Hands-on management of our marketing automation tech-stack to execute advanced email, social and related campaigns.
  • Managing our sales websites including design, content and SERPs.
  • Collaborating with the wider leadership team around internal sales/subscription upgrade campaigns, digital product development and other growth initiatives.
  • Participating as a member of the executive team to execute the company’s growth strategy.
  • Personal and professional development of the marketing and sales team to enhance their performance.
 

HOW TO SECURE AN INTERVIEW

To secure an interview, you should possess leadership experience within either digital marketing or B2B SaaS companies in the annual revenue range of $10m – $50m.
