Summer Associates will work in the Marketing group to solve well-defined strategic problems within Marketing. The internship will provide the following opportunities:

  • Meaningful project work. Projects will have a well-defined strategic goal and produce actionable results that are integral to the business. MBA Summer Associates will work across marketing divisions, including the brand teams and Marketing Center of Excellence to assist with coordination of product improvements, line extensions, consumer and shopper promotions and packaging changes. You will conduct ongoing analyses of category, retailer and competitive trends, competitive pricing and promotional programs. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development of marketing strategies, helping to forecast and track new product volume and marketing support and providing support of day-to-day logistical business issues.
  • Exposure to company operations. Summer Associates will have opportunities to experience BBU’s ground-level operations, including visits to bakeries, sales/delivery route rides and retailer market tours.
  • Access to senior executives. Summer Associates will interact with senior executives throughout the company and present project analysis and recommendations to C-level executives.
