Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive!
The role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. You should be well-organised, flexible and enjoy the challenge of delivering on time. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for details are crucial for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Document user support processes, FAQs. and work on continuous process improvement
Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms which include but are not limited to online chats, calls and emails
Work closely with the Operations Team to manage user expectations
Generate and analyse user experience reports for service monitoring and improvement
Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
Contribute to the Operations Team in terms of voucher fulfilment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfilment process
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role will be highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to listen and empathise with the situation
Good oral and written command of both English and Mandarin
Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Friday – Tuesday)
