– Coordinate with Sale/MKT and Presale team for deliver package and EDS service to corporate customer of SBN,ADC.
– Project management for corporate customer and handle implementation project or related work of corporate customer.
– Overall project management of corporate customer project and provide support for CCS region team.
– Follow up and handle to resolve the critical issue related to corporate customer implementation, both before and after on service.
– Coordinate with IPO team for implement and on service for EDS customer.
– Coordinate with sub-contractor for EDS service implementation (find new sub contract, evaluation and assign job)
