Sales & Marketing Asia – Associate/ Vice President | 13D Global Strategy & Research

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work with Managing Directors in moving key prospects through sales pipeline, throughout the Asia Pacific regions;
  • Support the Asia team through systematic activities such as initial contact, nurture prospects through defined campaigns, comfort in conversing with prospects on proposals, manage and track the sales cycle to help inform the company wide sales metrics.
  • Assist with business proposals, presentations and contracts;
  • Attend prospect meetings as needed
  • Support and assist global marketing and inside sales to ensure Asia campaigns are executed;
  • Develop and deploy marketing materials, initiatives, campaigns and events for Asia Pacific;
  • Help Identify partnerships and marketing channels to raise brand exposure and generate quality leads;
  • Attend regular conference call with global senior management team to discuss business strategies (US time);


Candidate Profile

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic, Finance, Science or other equivalent disciplines
  • 3-5 years professional work experience in supporting sales, marketing, relationship management and revenue generating functions
  • Experience in running marketing events & activities would be an advantage 
  • Fast learner with high level of attention to detail.  Responsible and strong sense of ownership.  Ability to work independently with a flat organization structure.
  • Professional & sophisticated communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would be an advantage
