– Managing all social media channels for 3 business units (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
– Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
– Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
– Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
– Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (for 3 business units)
– Monitor traffic metrics and optimize what's working / not working
– Maintain brand consistency
– Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
– Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (promos and competitions)
– Stay up-to-date on current technologies and trends in social media
– Development of brand awareness and online reputation
– Working with Head of Marketing to identify target audience
– Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
– Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns

– Proven work experience as a social media manager
– Hands on experience in content management
– Engaging copywriting skills
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video)
– Knowledge of online marketing channels
– Research skills
