Support Sale Organization by update below information to Orion COMIT Sale/COMIT Call application.
Sales and/or Services Quotations
Licensing Information such as Hardware Model, Operating system, number of Processor Cores…etc.
Related all approval document for both Licenses and Services from Sale Account Manager.
Initiates the COMIT process and generates track to Contract Department which derived from Sale Account Managers, Customers, Technical Supports…etc.
Enter customers’ Company Name and Contact Person information completely for both legal entity name and delivery address in Orion for both existing database and prospective customers.
Support Sale Account Managers verify/update the opportunities’ milestone and status. Make sure the data accuracy in Orion.
Support Sale Account Managers by gathering information from or making requests of other functions and/or partners, customers or the public.
Assists Sale Account Managers on the Licensing Policies as well as Approval Matrix for both Software and Service in order to facilitate the deal management.
Tracking and following all E2E Sale paperwork including invoicing by coordinate with Contract Department, Finance, Customers and/or Partners.
Coordinate across functions to obtain proper and accurate information on license set up and fulfill Deal Approval Template.
Assists in the preparation of Special Projects, Proposal, Presentation to the customers per requested from Sale Account Managers.
Maintain knowledge update and understand all Sale applications/tools/reports – Orion, Synapse, GIDB, PTG, Forecast…etc. Able to generate and analyse reports and spreadsheet in helping on revenue forecasts and customer renewals.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
