Client business: Financial Software Vendor providing single trading solutions for Capital Markets.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
- Remotely support client as the first layer in Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Hongkong)
- Analyze issue or incidents of the products from clients in Asia
- Solve tickets according the required knowledge by following the process then escalated to developer team if needed
- Write documentation in current issues for clients
- Provide knowledge and training about the products to clients.
- Bachelor in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Engineer/IT or related field
- 2 years of experience in IT Support remotely (not on-site support).
- Good command of English (Written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Linux operating and administration systems.
