The Vice President of International Marketing requires demonstrated experience in international education markets, knowledge of the higher education sector overseas, experience of working in large complex organisations, sound financial management and marketing operations abilities and a collaborative approach to dealing with staff and colleagues. The Vice President of International Marketing will have highlevel judgement and problem-solving acumen and be an ambassador for the University. The Director International will contribute to the development of strategy and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the university plans to attract high quality international students to University.
• Create and maintain excellent stakeholder internal and external institutional relationships that will help drive and support sustainable growth
• Raise brand awareness and direct customer preference across a range of countries and regions.
• Manage and develop a commercially sound operation and have the requisite skills to develop and analyse market intelligence, setting of strategies for the development and growth of the business, strategic partnerships, international student recruitment and research opportunities for the University.
Knowledge and Experience • Significant experience in business development and marketing as well as the development and implementation of business plans to support international students. • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the India higher education system as well as an excellent understanding of the current issues and trends within international education and the challenges facing universities internationally. • Substantial experience working in international student recruitment across a range of countries. • Experience operating in Asia and the sub-continent will be highly regarded.
