When it comes to the the impact of technology on recruiting, it seems that job seekers have seriously mixed emotions. According to a recent survey conducted on behalf of Indeed, 58% of people agree that technology makes it easier to apply for a job — but 52% also say technology makes the recruiting process more isolating and impersonal.
