Introduction to the role:

Our client is a global leader in the financial services industry looking to expand their regional marketing team in Asia. This role will see you reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, working on integrated strategies and driving both online and offline acquisition. This role will see you being the second in command for the team with a strong succession plan. It will give you a balance on be strategic in your approach and be hands-on in the execution, giving you coverage of working with key senior stakeholders throughout the organization.

The Position:

  • Develop, manage and lead marketing excellence regionally to drive acquisition and growth for the business
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and drive acquisition results
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders regionally and travel where necessary to meet business leaders
  • Create and manage a content and marcomms strategy to improve the quality of campaigns
  • Utilise data and insights to drive commercial results for the business

The Candidate:

  • Acquisition Marketing experience in Financial Services
  • Successful track record of end to end delivery through strategic and tactical approach
  • Experience with content led marketing and ability to create unique value propositions
  • Well versed in digital marketing and social media
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management
